What people are saying

Over 110,000 people have taken this free breathwork and play therapy course — and it is loved by everyone

“I love the unique combination of breathwork and play therapy. I am able to stay more present and less reactive with my son while looking after my needs also. A regular breathwork practice has really helped to regulate my own nervous system and to bring more and more into being, my intentions to be a kind, calm, loving and supportive mother.”

Amy, Australia

“I could write a book on the many ways in which The Reconnected has helped my family and transformed our lives. With ease, I now have the tools to soften and flow with all the evolving challenges. Breathwork has actually shifted the entire trajectory of my life — forever grateful to Eleanor & Emma.”

Katie-Anne, Canada

“We were unsure where to turn to for help with our 3yo who had big emotions, it was relentless. My nervous system was fried. The course helped me to understand her behaviour, be able to be with it, and the play therapy was so helpful in building our connection and allowing her to open up about her needs.”

Sara, Australia

“This kind of support and wisdom is so needed, especially during these pressured times. It gave me so much insight into my own world as well as my children’s. I enjoy my daily break and set breath session. For my kids the Reconnected Play sessions became a very important part of their time with me, they just love it.”

Questions
Is it really free?

Completely. No card, no payment details, nothing to enter but your name and email.

Do my kids need to attend?

Kids do not need to attend. You will come away from this workshop with tools to use with them after the class.

What ages is this for?

All ages — toddlers through to adult children. A nervous system is a nervous system, and what you learn scales with them as they grow.

What time does it start?

We begin at 6:00pm AEST, Brisbane Australia — on Tuesday 8 September and finish at 9:00pm.

That’s:
· 9:00am – 12:00pm — UK
· 10:00am – 1:00pm — Central Europe
· 4:00am – 7:00am — US & Canada, Eastern

Once you’re signed up, the Events tab in the app shows it in your own timezone. Replay available.

What if I can’t make it live?

Join us anyway. A replay will be available until Monday 14 September, 7pm AEST — so you have a week to join in and ask our coaches and mentors your questions. It’s the only time you can access coaching for free, so make full use of the week!

Where does it happen?

Live in The Reconnected app. Once you sign up we’ll send you everything you need to get in — there’s nothing to work out on the night.

I’ve tried things like this before and nothing stuck.

Most of what you’ve tried was aimed at your thinking. This works at the body level, which is where the reaction actually starts — and that’s the difference between understanding something and being able to do it.

Is this therapy?

No, it’s education. Live teaching that changes how you see your child, but not individual or group therapy.
